The Riley Child Development Center provides an interdisciplinary evaluation service for children with learning, behavior and other developmental questions. Possible disciplines include:

Medical Genetics
Nursing
Nutrition
Occupational Therapy
Pediatric Dentistry
Pediatric Neurology
Pediatric Psychiatry
Physical Therapy
Psychology
Social Work
Speech/Language Pathology

To make a referral contact the Intake Coordinator at 317-274-8167. Once the referral is made the family, primary care physician and school/child care setting (if appropriate) will receive a questionnaire to help the Riley Child Development Center determine the best team composition to help answer the questions presented. Children and their families should plan on spending the day at the Center in order to see all of the disciplines needed. At the end of the day, the team will meet with the family to share the results. Several weeks later a complete written report including recommendations and resources is sent to the family.
